Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager

Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission

We’re growing and looking for a motivated early-career sales professional who wants to build a strong foundation in outside sales and account management.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, develop strong client relationships, and grow into a high-performing account manager.
You’ll be responsible for prospecting new business, managing client accounts, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and production process. This is a relationship-driven role with significant opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with local businesses
- Identify client needs and recommend print and direct mail solutions
- Prepare quotes and proposals
- Manage accounts from order placement through production and delivery
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Track pipeline activity and sales performance
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Proficient user of MS Office suite particularly Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn the print and direct mail industry
- Comfortable with in-person meetings and local travel
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Sales training is provided. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are more important than industry experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting annualized base salary of $35,000 plus uncapped commission structure
